Notes:     Bella is a petite young beauty.  She was found pregnant and starved.  She also had on a collar  that was too tight, and to this day you can still see the mark it left.   Bella gave birth to four beautiful  kittens.   Three of those have been adopted.  Bella and her remaining kitten Speedy need someone to love and care for them.  Can you open your heart to this young beauty and/or her kitten?
