Notes:   Harper would do well with kids and other dogs, he is ok with cats but will chase them a little to play rather than anything else. He is housetrained but his foster home hasn't left him  alone in the house when she's not there.  She thinks Harper would do fine in an apartment as well as a house, because  he is a very calm Bassett hound.  Harper seldom barks and is very obedient, willing to please but his recall could use a little work.   He loves to eat so he could easily be overfed!!
